Ⅰ. General Provisions

1. The developer of the "Stone Idea mobile app" (hereinafter referred to as "Stone Idea") is Chengdu Qianxun Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Chengdu Qianxun Technology Co., Ltd. owns the ownership and operating rights of Stone Idea.

3. Before registering, users should carefully read this agreement and agree to abide by it in order to become registered users. Once registration is successful, a contractual relationship between the user and Stone Idea is automatically formed, and the user shall be bound by this agreement. Users should agree to accept the relevant agreements before using the services or products.

4. Users should promptly and actively pay attention to the various notices published on the homepage during the operation of Stone Idea.

5. For matters not mentioned in this agreement, the statements and notices published by Stone Idea shall prevail, and Stone Idea reserves the right to interpret this agreement.

II. Service Content

Stone Idea provides various services, such as content display, for the stone industry. Users can download and use the services on Stone Idea according to their needs.

III. Account Registration and Registration Rules

IV. Account Cancellation

V. User Registration Rules

1. When registering an account, users promise to abide by the seven bottom lines of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, social morals, and information authenticity. Users shall not include illegal and harmful information in the registration information of their Stone Idea account. Users guarantee that they will not engage in the following circumstances during the registration and use of the account:

(1) Violating the provisions of the constitution or laws and regulations;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Harming the honor and interests of the country, damaging public interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining the state's religious policies or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or instigating criminal activities;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

2. If the user provides inaccurate, untrue, or contains illegal or harmful information in the account registration information provided to Stone Idea, Stone Idea has the right to refuse registration and retain the right to terminate the user's use of Stone Idea services. If a user obtains an account registration or account avatar, personal profile, and other registration information through false information or contains illegal or harmful information, Stone Idea has the right to take measures such as notifying to correct within a time limit, suspending use, or canceling the registration. For accounts registered under names impersonating affiliated organizations or public figures, Stone Idea has the right to cancel the

account and report it to the relevant government authorities.

3. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and considering the characteristics of Stone Idea's product services, users agree to:

(1) Submit valid personal identification information when registering a Stone Idea account;

(2) Provide timely, detailed, and accurate account registration information;

(3) The true, accurate, and legal account registration information provided by the user serves as the sole evidence for determining the user's association with their Stone Idea account and the user's identity. While enjoying various services provided by Stone Idea, users agree to accept various information services provided by Stone Idea. Stone Idea reminds users that the mobile phone number filled in when registering a Stone Idea account or updating the registration information will generally not be modifiable after the successful registration of the Stone Idea account or the supplementary filling. Users should fill in the information carefully.

4. Users agree that if they submit the required identity authentication information materials requested by Stone Idea through the online channels published by Stone Idea or through customer service appeals, all usage records and recharge data under the user's Stone Idea account can be transferred to the requested username. For new phone numbers and WeChat accounts associated with Stone Idea accounts that have not been registered, the user should bear any consequences that may arise from the information transfer, etc.

VI. After the signing of this agreement, in order to ensure operational security or business needs, Stone Idea will continuously update operational rules, launch various new activities and new businesses. Users agree that Stone Idea may send various commercial short messages related to providing services to users multiple times and for a long time without obtaining additional consent from the users.

VII. Users agree that all information, data, and records related to the registration and use of Stone Idea accounts, including but not limited to registered accounts, registration information, login and related usage statistics, belong to Stone Idea. In the event of a dispute, users agree to take Stone Idea's system data as the basis, and Stone Idea guarantees the authenticity of the data.

VIII. Regarding all data generated by users when using Stone Idea accounts to enjoy services other than those specified in Article VI of this agreement, including but not limited to product login records, other product logs, product user service records, and social network content created by users in the product, they belong to the specific product operating entity. In the event of a dispute, users agree to take the system data of the specific product operating entity as the basis. However, if there are different provisions in specific clauses, the provisions of the specific clauses shall prevail.

IX. Account, Password, and Security

Users can change their password and icon at any time or end their old account and open a new one. Users should keep their passwords and Stone Idea accounts confidential. If users fail to keep their accounts and passwords secure and cause damage to themselves, Stone Idea, or third parties, users will be fully responsible. If users discover any unauthorized use of their accounts or security vulnerabilities, they have an obligation to immediately notify Stone Idea.

X. User Management

1. Users bear sole responsibility for the content they publish. Users must comply with all applicable local laws, national laws, and international laws when using the services. Users promise:

(1) When posting information on Stone Idea or using Stone Idea services, users must comply with relevant Chinese regulations and must not create, duplicate, publish, or spread the following information on Stone Idea or using Stone Idea services:

(10) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or disturbing social order;

(11) Engaging in activities under the guise of illegal non-governmental organizations;

(12) Containing other content prohibited by laws, regulations, or administrative rules;

(13) When posting information on Stone Idea or using Stone Idea services, users must also comply with relevant laws and regulations of other countries and regions, as well as international laws. Users must use Stone Idea in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Users are not allowed to engage in the following activities using Stone Idea services:

(14) Unauthorized access to computer information networks or use of computer information network resources;

(15) Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition to computer information network functions;

(16) Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition to data, applications, or programs stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks;

(17) Intentionally creating or spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;

(18) Engaging in other activities that harm the security of computer information networks;

(19) Users shall not interfere with Stone Idea's services in any way, including sending harassing private messages to other users or affecting the overall operational environment of Stone Idea as determined necessary by Stone Idea. Stone Idea has the right to block user accounts;

(20) Users shall not abuse Stone Idea services, including but not limited to engaging in activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights or legitimate interests of others;

(21) Users must comply with all other regulations and procedures of Stone Idea.

2. Users are legally responsible for their actions during the use of Stone Idea services. The forms of legal liability that users assume include, but are not limited to, compensating the injured party and providing compensation to Stone Idea equivalent to the administrative penalties or damages caused by the user's actions. If a user violates the above provisions, Stone Idea has the right to independently judge and immediately suspend or terminate the provision of partial or all services to the user, including measures such as account freezing or cancellation of user service accounts. Users understand that if Stone Idea finds that the information transmitted by the user clearly falls under the content listed in the preceding paragraph (1), according to Chinese law, Stone Idea has the obligation to immediately stop the transmission, preserve relevant records, report to the relevant authorities, and delete the address, directory, or close the server containing such content. If users need to use the service for commercial purposes, they should notify Stone Idea in writing and obtain explicit authorization from Stone Idea.

XI. Copyright and Ownership of Content and Trademarks

Once users upload/provide any text, audio, photos, videos, graphics, etc., to Stone Idea, it is deemed that the users agree to have their content published on Stone Idea and authorize Stone Idea to use it for daily operation and promotion.

Protection of Stone Idea Trademarks

Without prior written consent from Stone Idea, users are not allowed to display, use, or handle Stone Idea trademarks in any manner, nor can they indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or handle Stone Idea trademarks.

XII. Information Storage and Related Intellectual Property Rights

1. Stone Idea will make every effort to maintain the security and convenience of all services on Stone Idea accounts. However, users bear the risk of information deletion or storage failure, including but not limited to the information they have posted, while enjoying the services.

2. Stone Idea respects intellectual property rights and values the protection of users' rights.

3. By providing content, users grant Stone Idea a global license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, sublicense, translate, create derivative works, publish, perform, and display such content.
